THE KNOLLS AT CAPELLA SINGAPORE PUTS A VINTAGE TWIST ON SUNDAY BRUNCH

Starting 12 April 2015, Capella Singapore’s iconic Mediterranean Sunday Brunch will have a new additional Vintage option. Brunch aficionados dining at The Knolls will have the opportunity to fill their flutes and toast to the weekend with an exclusive line of Vintage Taittinger Champagne. In addition, an assortment of seasonal French boutique wines like the 2012 Louis Jadot Chablis 1er Cru
Fourchaume, Burgundy, France and the 2011 Chateau Haut-Brice Grand Cru, St. Emilion, France will also be available.

Adding to the lavish selection of beverages, guests will also have the opportunity to compliment this exquisite culinary experience with free-flow specialty handcrafted cocktails. Every week, unique twists on the classic mojito and margarita will be shaken up by our talented bartenders. Mojito varieties include Earl Grey tea and honey, The Ultimate Mojito (topped with Champagne instead of soda) and Watermelon and basil while Grapefruit and honey, Basil and thyme as well as Mango and orange margaritas can also be ordered.

Guests can continue to expect the finest ingredients sourced by Executive Chef David Senia with weekly highlights including aromatic Seafood Bouillabaisse, Creamy Arborio rice truffle risotto, Spanish style suckling pig, Leg of lamb and imported barbecued meats. In addition, a selection of traditional tapas, fresh seafood and a decadent variety of desserts like Royal hazelnut crunch, Green tea chocolate cake infused with Gryphon Jasmine tea pearls and Peanut yuzu pyramids with Tanariva milk chocolate can be indulged upon alongside more contemporary Lime and Coconut crème brulees.
Mediterranean Vintage Sunday Brunch is priced at S$258, inclusive of free flow of Vintage Taittinger Champagne, boutique wines, international beers and specialty cocktails, and is served every Sunday from 12:30pm to 3.00pm.

Subsequent pricing for adults and children are as follows:
– $178 per Adult with free flow Taittinger Champagne, Specialty cocktails and Wines
– $148 per Adult with free flow Specialty cocktails and Wines (no Champagne)
– $128++ per Adult with free flow of Specialty mocktails, soft drinks and freshjuices (no alcohol)
– $78++ per Child with free flow Specialty mocktails, soft drinks and fresh juices (7-12 yrs old)
– $48++ per Child free flow of Specialty mocktails, soft drinks and fresh juices (4-6 yrs old)
All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government taxes
