Enjoy a series of themed gastronomic delights in the five award-wining restaurants of HarbourGrand Hong Kong this early summer! What’s more, join us to celebrate the exciting Easter with an array of fabulous dining options, fun filled activities and Easter room package which will surely bring your family a joyous holiday!

Kwan Cheuk Heen – Choushan Village Dishes
Chaoshan cuisine is best known for its premium quality of ingredients and also prides on chef’s carving skill. Kwan Cheuk Heen features a selection of traditional Chaoshan delicacies from April to June. Our Executive Sous Chef, Wong Kam Ki, will take gourmets for an authentic Chaoshan cuisine journey. Highlights include Seafood dumplings with homemade sauce, the bag-shaped dumpling symbolizes wealth as it incorporates fine ingredients such as scallop, chicken, celery, and wrapped by a thin layer of egg white which requires skillful preparation and cooking technique. Assorted marinated meat and Deep fried oyster cake are also the classic and iconic Choushan delicacies. Goose, cuttlefish, tofu and egg are poached and served with the delicious soy sauce. The aromatic soy sauce of marinated meat uses various Chinese herbs and spices, and it is stewed for at least 2 days. Its strong aftertaste is meandering. Furthermore, Chef has specially sourced fresh and juicy baby oyster
for the Deep fried oyster cake. The crispy oyster cake perfectly matches with the special Chaozhou sauce with vinegar and garlic which definitely stimulates diner’s taste buds.

Moreover, a Spanish Wine Dinner will be held at Kwan Cheuk Heen on 23 April (Thursday) featuring an exceptional 7-course Chinese menu prepared by award-winning chef with a selection of exquisite Spanish wine. Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge – Asparagus and Chanterelle Promotion



To celebrate the asparagus and chanterelle season with a gourmet menu by Chef De Cuisine Roland Schwarzenbach, showcasing the seasonal and refreshing delicacies in a relaxed and refined setting. Featured starter is Tuna trio with green and white asparagus, raspberries and vinaigrette. The presentation of Tuna trio (tuna tata, thin and thick slice of tuna) is truly an art piece on dining table. It offers both taste and visual enjoyment. Arctic salmon with green and white asparagus, potatoes, chanterelles and sauce maltese is Chef recommended main course. Chanterelle contains rich nutrition and offers a unique aroma. When it comes with the refreshing asparagus and tender Norway salmon that is an intriguing combination and gives you an exquisite and refreshing summer flavour. Meat lovers shouldn’t miss the Piedmontese beef striploin with white asparagus, potatoes and chanterelle, you will adore Piedmontese beef’s incomparable juiciness and tenderness.

Harbour Grand Café – Asian Culinary Journey Dinner Buffet

The menu features different cooking methods and presenting Braised Karei fish with sweet soy sauce, Deep-fried Karei fish, sashimi platter (Karei fish, fatty tuna, ark shell), shushi set (Karei fish, isaki, sea urchin) and more.
