HAWK & FISH @ TTDI

Hawk & Fish (H&F) is a fusion resto cafe that serves a variety of Malaysian “hawker” favourites as well as British inspired “Fish and Chips”, hence Hawk & Fish. The restaurant brings us with a vast celection of hawkers special inclusive of the Char Koay Teow, Hawk Mee Goreng, Hawk Fried Rice, Myanmar Salad Rice and also their Bak Kut Teh.

hawk & Fish
Hawk & Fish is famed of their bak kut teh. Find the choice of their dry Bak Kut Teh or their soup version. We had the Ancestral Bakuteh (RM 15 nett) which is from the secret recipe of Uncle Chee. The bak kut teh comes with the hearty portions which are simmered in a complex broth of herbs and spices. Served together with the Button Mushrooms, Pork Balls, Dried Tofu, Lettuce and Spare Parts upon demand- topped with Coriander Leaf. I love how the Bakuteh is done with the herby soup and tender moist Sakura pork in it.
hawk & Fish
Another must try herar is the aromatic Herbal Wine Chicken (RM 15 nett). A must try hefty chicken wine dish is soaked in Chinese Wine, Herbs and a special broth. It soothes the stomah and satisfies the taste buds. It is one of the Original Hawk and Fish Speciality with an undisclosed recipe. The taste is indeed aromatic when it is served to our table and I love how it tastes.
hawk & Fish
Their Fish & Chips comes with 2 choices – Dory (RM 20 nett) and Red Snapper (Imported) (RM 30 nett) – both are a must try – added with the Vinegar laced Steakhouse Chips and Hawk & Fish specialty Tar Tar sauce. Breadcrumb and deep fried till perfection, the snapper fish is served with the thick meat with the flaky texture with it.
hawk & Fish
Not forgotten is their Hawk Char Koay Teow (RM 15) which includes a drink and a desserts. The char koay teow is indeed well stir fried with the smooth koay teow and a kick of spiciness from their homemade sambal. Awesomely good!
hawk & Fish
Another is their Pork Burger Deluxe (RM 15) which includes a drink and a desserts. The juicy pork patty made in house with the touch of cheese on top with the onion, tomatoes, and alos a piece of ham and sunny egg. It’s portion is indeed a huge one to me with the sides of fries with it.I love the patty which is moist and juicy.

If you are looking for an affordable meal in TTDi, Hawk & Fish is the choice. Note, they also have Chap Fan in the afternoon too.
