“BIRD’S NEST & LOBSTER INDULGENCE” SEAFOOD DINNER BUFFET AT CAFÉ ALLEGRO OF REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL

Bird’s Nest is one of the premium food ingredients with high nutritional value, while lobster is the treasure in the sea with flavourful taste and bouncy texture. Incorporating these two sought-after ingredients into the menu, Executive Chef Ray Lam of Regal Kowloon Hotel proudly presents the “Bird’s Nest & Lobster Indulgence” Seafood Dinner Buffet with a vast array of delicious and nourishing dishes for your enjoyment!

Recommendations include the unlimited serving of Chilled Boston Lobster. Seafood lovers can taste the original flavour from the ocean with ease. Every mouthful is full of freshness! Lobster and Zucchini Salad with Vinaigrette is an appetizing choice made with boiled lobster meat, crunchy Italian Zucchini, tomato, onion and English parsley. Mixing with the sweet and sour vinaigrette also adds a refreshing note to stimulate your palate. Bird’s Nest and Seafood Terrine is a tantalizing combination of bird’s nest, shrimp, mussels, pepper and herbs. All ingredients are wrapped inside the crystal-clear jelly made of gelatin to provide multiple sensations. Stir-Fried Lobster Claw with Spiced Salt is prepared with the traditional Chinese recipe. The spiced salt can complement the taste of sweet lobster claws, making it an irresistible choice along the buffet table.

Besides, our dessert counter also showcases a lot of sweet choices made of bird’s nest! The bird’s nest adds nutrients to the classic Chilled Coconut & Sago Bird’s Nest Sweet Soup, offering an appealing delight with fresh mango juice, grapefruit, coconut juice and sago. Bird’s Nest Egg Tarts is the freshly baked bite-size egg tarts with bird’s nest on top. The crispy pastry and smooth egg custard are mouthwatering while the bird’s nest upgrades the tart to a splendid item for selection. Goji Berry and Bird’s Nest Jelly is a healthy dessert made with jellifying goji berry and bird’s nest. The taste of these two nutritional ingredients is mild, giving a subtle and refreshing light treat, especially great for spring season! To end your meal perfectly, there are many more delectable delicacies like chocolate fountain, freshly-made popcorns and waffles awaiting you at the dessert counter!
