HARBOUR RESTAURANT PRESENTS “LOBSTER PARADE” DINNER BUFFET

October 23, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Lobster is one of the most luxurious ingredients on the world and it contains a lot of nutritive value like protein and various vitamins. In this winter, Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview has specially picked American Boston Lobster and Canadian Lobster to craft a tempting dinner buffet.

Two highly recommended refreshing appetizers in “Lobster Parade” Dinner Buffet are the fruity Lobster and Mango Salad and appetizing Yabbie Salad with Spicy Peanut Dressing. Gourmets are suggested to try out these simple but delectable starters to kick off the buffet. Another mouthwatering delight is the exquisite Baked Half Boston Lobster with Pumpkin and Cheese Sauce, it is sure to give you a deep satisfaction with its briny sweetness and fragrance, each patron will be offered one complimentary serving of this dish. Another recommended delicacy is the cooked-to-order Mixed Seafood and Noodles in Lobster Bisque. Our chefs have spent 5 hours to prepare its soup base. The secret of this extraordinarily sweet bisque is the introduction of homemade lobster oil – the oil formed from frying Boston lobster with butter. With a plentiful choice of noodles and half-cooked seafood like scallops, shrimps and fish fillets, you will be fascinated by the dish’s richness. The aromatic and spicy Stir-fried Lobster with Deep-fried Garlic and sweet and slithery Baked Monkfish with Lobster and Crab Roe Sauce are our next recommendations. The former is a classical Chinese lobster cuisine which never fails to tempt your palate. While for the latter, the delicately concocted sauce has packed a punch with the sweetness of the fish, bringing you the finest fishy flavour to sample.

Other than lobster dishes, 7 kinds of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs, Canadian Snow Crab Legs and French Golden Sea Whelks will be severed in Assorted Seafood Platter as always. In addition to the regular offerings, Razor Clams and Mantis Shrimps are specially added to the platter on rotation basis to further pamper the taste buds of seafood lovers. Apart from the luscious seafood, other hot picks are Sashimi and Sushi Counter and Grill Counter. The former serves 7 selections of sashimi sliced on-the-spot on rotation basis, including Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam, Herring and Salmon, while the latter offers various aromatic and sizzling choices prepared a-la-minute by our chefs, such as Grilled Taiwanese Sausage, Grilled Minute Steak and Grilled Lamb Chop, both counters are promising the freshest dishes for you to relish. What’s more, other food counters like Cheese Counter and Salad Bar are also available to ensure you an enjoyable dining experience.

Exquisite desserts always mark a perfect end to a lavish buffet. The most irresistible dessert must be MOVENPICK Ice cream from Switzerland, 8 flavours are now ready for ice cream lovers. Furthermore, Blueberry and Chocolate Cake with Gold Foil and Pistachio Cheesecake are our newly presented desserts, sweets aficionados are definitely hard to resist these cakes. Other hot-picks such as Chocolate Parfait, Serradura, Waffle, Green Tea Mousse Cake, Cappuccino Cookie and Cream Mousse Cake and Chocolate Fountain and more are also delicately prepared to satisfy your sweet tooth.

“Lobster Parade” Dinner Buffet is available from 1 November 2014 until 15 January 2015 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm daily. Try out the freshest tastes of sea dwellers at Harbour Restaurant!
