RAMADHAN BUFFET MENU AT FRONTERA SOL OF MEXICO

July 21, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

The hottest Tex-Mex joint in Malaysia, Frontera Sol of Mexico, is pleased to announce a flavour filled semi-buffet menu for the upcoming month of Ramadhan. Diners looking to break their fast with a scrumptious and authentic Tex-Mex meal will find this spread to be just the right thing to hit the spot.

While the month of Ramadhan sees a plethora of buffets with endless menus offering regular and repeated food selections at sky-high prices, Frontera offers a smaller scale semi-buffet option where the variety of food is measured by quality rather than quantity, for much less.

Patrons can look forward to breaking fast or join in the festivities with a menu that offers an unlimited helping of 12 starters and 6 desserts served buffet style and a single ala-carte main course selected from 12 options, accompanied by a free-flow of Ice Lemon Tea.  The buffet menu will be changed periodically, but includes a fantastic variety of dishes that are otherwise not available on the restaurant’s regular menu. The starters’ selection sees items such as the finger-licking good BBQ Wings with Cilantro Ranch, Beef Taquitos with Salsa Verde, Mexican Rice, Baked Potatoes, two choices of Tacos, Mushroom and Chipotle Soup and more. An assortment of sides such as chips and various salsa dips are also available.

For the main course, the Ramadhan menu features some of the star items from the restaurant’s menu such as the Lamb Enchiladas, Chilli Cheese Burger, Prawn Chimichanga, Maple Glazed Salmon and more. The wide range of options ensures there’s something for everyone, be it meat lovers, seafood aficionados or those who just want to fill up on a big, fat, juicy burger.

Those with a sweet tooth can seal the deal with a generous helping of the desserts which includes the delectable chocolate brownies baked to perfection, Chimichanga filled with bananas, dark chocolate and marshmallows, Fruita de Crema, Churros and the likes. For a more traditional Mexican dessert, you will find the sweet, silken, caramel covered custard that is the Mexican flan to be just, perfect.

For only RM50++, the Frontera Sol of Mexico Ramadhan Buffet is not to be missed. It will be available from the 29th of June to the 25th of July, 2014 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Do note that reservations is a must and can be done via phone or Facebook. Bring your friends and family and enjoy this Ramadhan season with a Mexican twist as every group of 8 permits one person to dine for free!
