EXOTIC FLAVOURS THIS COMING RAMADAN AT PIZZA HUT

June 29, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

A feast of exotic flavours” best illustrates the latest offering from Pizza Hut, greeting all pizza lovers this coming Ramadan and Raya celebration. Featuring the Asiana Pizza, Asiana Platter and Zesty Selasih for a thirst quenching drink, these Ramadan inspired creations are meant for family and friends to share great moments together over an abundance of delicious tasting meals.

The Asiana pizza is your all-time favourite signature crust topped with a copious amount of tandoori chicken, fresh onions, capsicums, tomatoes and further drizzled with lime sauce. Complementing the special pizza is the Asiana platter, an assortment of meatballs, chicken fingers, chicken tacos, fish cake and fresh salad, and also the Zesty Selasih, a refreshing mixture of Mirinda strawberry, selasih seeds and a twist of lime.

“The latest creation invites all Malaysians to enjoy the profusion of flavours for buka puasa with family and close friends,” said Low Kang Moon, Senior General Manager, Pizza Hut Malaysia.

“We are proud to be the number one choice when it comes to great tasting “signature” pizzas that customers love at an affordable price. At Pizza Hut, our R&D team is constantly finding ways to create unique, one of a kind pizzas for our customers. So, this time around, it’s a pleasure to be able to present to our customers something different this coming Ramadan and Hari Raya celebration,” he added.

The Asiana pizza can be purchased ala carte at RM26.80 (regular) and RM36.80 (large), while the Asiana platter is sold at RM21.90 per plate and the Zesty Selasih drink costs RM3.20 per glass. The pizza is also available in sets for a bigger eat. Citarasa Ramadan 1 offers one regular Asiana pizza, one Asiana platter, two glasses of Zesty Selasih all for the price of RM39.90 (saves RM15.20). Citarasa Ramadan 2 features one large Asiana pizza, one Asiana platter; one piece of garlic bread and a pitcher of Zesty Selasih all for the affordable price of RM59.90 (saves RM14.60). These prices are applicable at all Pizza Hut outlets in Peninsular Malaysia except at Pizza Hut KLCC. Great news for late-dinner goers as patience really is a virtue. As this is the month to be patient as well as giving, Pizza Hut is offering a special 40% discount on ala carte and set meals of the Citarasa Ramadan promotion for those dining in after 9pm as a convenience to those fulfilling their Tarawih Prayers.

In conjunction with the World Hunger Relief 2013 Campaign and in the spirit of giving, every meal that you purchase can help save a child’s life. From every Citarasa Ramadan Set Meal purchased, RM0.50 will be donated to the United Nations’ World Food Program (customers who do not wish to participate can opt to do so by informing the service crew).
The advertising and promotion strategies for the Citarasa Ramadan includes newspaper and online social media announcements, as well as below the line – point of sales materials (POSM) and leaflets – for a wider reach to customers. Local celebrities Nur Fathia Latiff and Wak Doyok have also been selected to be part of the Citarasa Ramadan campaign.
The Pizza Hut Citarasa Ramadan promotion is now available at all Pizza Hut restaurants in the country for dine-in, delivery and take-away starting from 19 June 2014 to 7 August 2014.
