BUFFET AT O’LAS, THE GRAND SEASON HOTEL

December 14, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

The mystical charm of India comes alive at Grand Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur –Malaysia’s tallest hotel. An ongoing promotion at the O’las Restaurant, the Indian buffet dinner is priced at RM39.00++ per person and available daily from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Guests are assured of an authentic Indian culinary experience as the spread is expertly prepared by their Sous Chef Valdev aka Dave. With a total of five menus rotated daily comprising Appetizers, Soups, Main Courses and Desserts, the choices are simply endless!

Start off the culinary adventure with tempting appetizers of Ghoobi Pakoras, Mango Chutney Bean with Cocktail Sauce, Assorted Vegetable with Potato Salad or the Kela Pachachadi (Banana in Spiced Yoghurt). Warm up to our selection of soups which include Ghoobi Shorba (Cream of Cauliflower with Herbs), Tamata Ka Shorba (Tomato & Green Chili Soup) or the traditional Mulligatawny Soup, made with a delicate combination of lentil and spices.

Continue to ignite your senses as we have prepared an array of main dishes that is sure to fill those hunger pangs! Take your pick from Chicken Shahjani (Mild Creamy Curry Chicken with Potato), Lamb Masala (Tender Pieces of Lamb Cooked in Masala Spices), Goa-style Fish Head Curry, Deep Fried Chicken Indian Style, Mutton Khadai (Mutton Spiced with Crushed Bell Pepper) and the ubiquitous but popular Tandoori Chicken. A choice of vegetables
completes the selection. Accompaniments include staples of Chapati, Roti Canai, Mattar Pilau (Rice with Green Peas), Naan and Beriyani Rice.

Do leave some space for dessert as we have also included some well-loved Indian desserts like Kesari, Gulab Jamun, Halwa, Palkova and Coconut Candy, in addition to a medley of French Pastries, Fruit Puddings, Local Kuihs and Freshly Cut Fruits.

Reservations are recommended. For more information please call 03 2697 8888 ext. 8819 / 8801.
