Let’s Berbuka Puasa at Dorsett Grand Subang is definately an occasion not to be missed. This year, Dorsett Grand Subang will be featuring a fare treat on their Warisan Desa at Terazza Brasserie and local where you can grab the local and international Cuisines will be served during this special month and the best parts is menu rotates everyday.

Located at the ground floor of the hotel, Terazza Brassiere does have a large variety of the Ramadhan Delights which filled our tummy. A large variety of the buffet which includes Kerabu Mangga, Jeruk Mangga, Kerabu Taugeh, Kerabu Daging Ala Thai,Ulam Ulam Desa with sambal belachan is sure to satisfy those “kampung” taste-buds.

As for the main course, delight yourself with their irrestible selection of the lical and wester favourites where you may enjoy their Nasi Briyani Gam, Fried Mee Hoon Siam, Rendang Ayam Kampung, Rusuk Kambing Vindalo, Roasted Beef with Mushroom Sauce, Chilli Crab and more.

Besides the arrays of the cuisines in the buffet style, there are also ten stalls which is serving different cuisines and styles like Noodle Stall, Japanese Stall, Pasta, Chicken Rice, Roasted Lamb with Labanese Rice, Char Koay Teow and more.

Not forgetting the sweet tooth, there are a a lot of variety of desserts too which is famous includes the Bread Pudding, Onde Onde, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Penget Keledek and Fruit Jellies. Also available is the beverage corners that features the old time favorites of Malaysia to quench your thirst. For you who love to spendyour quality time with families and having a relaxing moment, do visit Terazza for Buka Puasa.

It is available from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm and the buffet are priced at RM 100++ per person, senior citizen and children aged 6 to 12 years get to enjoy at 50% discount. For reservation at Terezza Brasserie, please call at 03-5031 6060 ext 1912.

– Enjoy your meals with Chef Jaafar-

If you are looking for more entertaining dining, they do have another one at the Mezzaine Floor which is at Anjung Selera at Melati where the buffet is being served with a twist.You may celebrate the festival together with the local renowned celebrity chef Jaafar Onn to brighten up the evening with the breaking fast. Here you can enjoy your meals together with Jaafar Onn wips up a strom with his “traditional balik kampong” delights at his action station. Together with the songstress Haiza, this fabulous duo will be serenade the diner with the Malay hitsl bringing the pure nostalgia. Diners might even walk away with the fabulous lucky draw prizes.
