From 1 to 10 May 2026, Shang Palace presents an elegant eight-course Mother’s Day set menu, featuring nourishing double-boiled soup, offering a clear, delicate broth with gentle depth and natural sweetness, setting a comforting and restorative tone. This is followed by the signature Peking duck, where crisp, golden skin delivers a satisfying crunch, giving way to tender, succulent meat with rich, savoury layers.

The golden cereal butter prawns deliver a fragrant, buttery crunch with a lightly caramelised finish, while the stir-fried cod fish with bell peppers offers a delicate, flaky texture with subtle sweetness and a clean, elegant flavour profile.
