Dinner @ Kim Shan

May 14, 2009 by StrawberrY Gal

In Penang and have my dinner at Kim Shan, my usual nice place for dinner as because this shop have nice food as well as prices of food are reasonable. Other thing as u can ordered inclusive of Bak Kut Teh and Satay for add on beside the chu char

– Sweet and sour Pork –

Today we ordered the Sweet and Sour Pork which is my favorite. This sweet and sour pork is not very hard but the taste is simply nice. Other than that, the sauce is simply oishi .. very sweet and bit of sour which make it more mouth watering

-Fu Yong Tan( Egg) –

Fu Yong Tan is mainly a dish we are able to have in wedding dinner under the 4-season combination. It is cooked with shredded shark fin, egg as well as some onions and cabbage. I love the fu yong tan as the taste is like the restaurant taste which is really a delighting one

-Bak Kut Teh –

Dad also ordered Bak Kut Teh from the stalls around the coffeeshop and this bak kut teh is cheap and nice. Wat can I say on this bak kut teh.. is cheap and the ingredients is simply a lot.
and we just pay only RM 15 for the big hot bowl of bak kut teh.. and the herbs smell is very nice.

– seafood tom yam –

Lastly, I ordered the tomyam.. and the tomyam is simply hot and burning.. that’s nice..cause I can find lots of chilly paddy inside.. and wat I love I just chuck in which includes fishballs as well as sotong.. wahhahaha.. and the bowl of tomyam cost me less that RM 6

Taste:
Chu Char : 5/5
Bak Kut Teh: 4/5
Tomyam Seafood: 5/5
