The Ban Chang Kueh is one of the yummy one in Penang. it is made over a charcoal fire from flour and coconut milk. It is topped wf peanuts as well as they are thick and soft. The pan cake here need to order and you can order black or white. The first time i hear, i was kinda confused unti the uncle told me.. is brown sugar or white sugar. haha.. is very nice and yummy .. one word oishi
