Went to Kim Shan again and this time we had something more normal.. Haha.. Marmic Pork and Fu Yong egg,, that enough fr a dinner fr two kua, The taste is a bit sweet but not too sour taste.. And it has a bit of vineger wine taste inside.. I wasn’t too sure that is de pork is cook with that but the taste is something like that. Em.. Is nice and special.. And de pork is not easy to tear into in pieces..
As for the Fu Yong Egg.. The taste is like very nice and like in the restorant .. Wat u can find in big restorants .. Nice. It is where the egg is fried together with the shark fin. but this is not real la.. is jus the normal cheap shark fin. yummy!!! and it also include mushroom and carrot
