Wellness Recipe @ 10 Boulevard: Healthy Great Food

March 29, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Wellness Recipe is indeed a nice and cozy restaurant to dine in. Bringing you a food for green and organic lifestyle enthusiast where food are served either organic, natural or a combination. Where in Wellness Recipe, one can enjoy the wide range of functional nutritional organic juicing beverages.
In this, Wellness Recipe had consider dining more fun  and approaches wellness by adopting 5 colour food principle namely white, black red, green and yellow in her interest to provide nutritional value to her customers. It is undeniable that these colours indeed draw appetite from its visual appeal bringing you with their distinctive taste deriving from its different natural colour ingredients.
As for daily; they have different colors to go with the meal. As for the Green theme, here you go with the Wellness Green Tower and Wellness Lei Cha (vegetarian)
Wellness Green Tower @ RM17.80
The Green Tower is served with the chicken curry, sambal, egg and peanut. Alike nasi lemak, but do note the rice does not have any coconut milk inside but they had added the barley grass powder where it brings you with the greenie color as well as the grassy fragrance in it. As for the curry, they use cashewnut instead to bring you with the creaminess and served together with chicken meat and also some brinjals and long bean with it.
Wellness Lei Cha (vegetarian) @ RM14.80
Not a fans of Lei Cha, but hubs is in love with it as he mentioned that the the soup is well balanced and taste is not too overpowering. It is also comes with the  beautiful colors of greenies in it. He is indeed enjoying them so much.
As for the yellow, savour your delights comes with their two signature which is the ‘Kunyit’ chicken rice and Golden Sauce Chicken Chop.
‘Kunyit’ chicken rice @ RM14.80
Served with brown rice , the rice comes simply healthy with the hint of fragrant ‘kunyit’ which is together with the chicken itself. Every mouthful is just perfect
Golden Sauce Chicken Chop @ RM16.80
One of my favorite of the day. The chicken chop where it is simply good as it should be and the portion comes simply generous. The tender and juicy meat in the inside together with the crispy exterior made my day. What’s more is paired with their creamy based sauce which is made from cashewnuts in it as well.
Red is the next color that we are  trying their other two signature which is the Cashew Nut Curry Chicken and Sweet & Sour Abalone Mushroom Rice. The both are most of our favorites.
Cashew Nut Curry Chicken @ RM16.80
The Cashew Nut Curry Chicken is indeed impressive. The chicken comes simply tender and juicy with the curry base which is made from cashewnut. It brings you with the creamy texture and yet healthy.
Sweet & Sour Abalone Mushroom Rice @ RM14.80
As for the Sweet & Sour Abalone Mushroom Rice,  they had added some honey in it to provide some sweetness to the crispy fried abalone. Nicely done and it is really a good combination.
As for the Black Selection, grab the Hericium Mushroom Olive Fried Rice (vegetarian) and their signature Herbal Soup with Black Rice (vegetarian ).
Hericium Mushroom Olive Fried Rice (vegetarian) @ RM16.80
Using the black rice which is known as the forbidden rice since it was reserved for only Chinese royalty, it is believed to be a powerful antioxidants and believe that it is good for prevention of common disease. And now you can have them here. The texture is a like glutinous rice and it is simply good.
Herbal Soup with Black Rice (vegetarian) @ RM16.80
The herbal soup is something I love too. Warm soup completes with the herbal taste and all the Chinese herbs ingredients including the wolfberries in it.
Korean Bibimbap (vegetarian, RM14.80)
The healthy bowl of rice complete with the fresh ingredients. Topped with the sunny egg on top. For those who love Korean food, you will definately get the healthy version of Korean Bibimbap here

Carbonara Spaghetti ( RM16.80)
As for the white; enjoy the Hotpot Korean Bibimbap (vegetarian) and Carbonara Spaghetti which is being recommended.  For this, it is actually cater to the younger crowd which they love to have some western and Korean.
And they comes with variety of colourful drink with it as well. Have your choice of drink selection from the Barley Green Honey, Beta Carrot Chia, Beta Beet Honey, Honey Lemon Chia and Honey Lemon
Overall, being not into healthy food, I found Wellness Recipe is indeed brings me a good eye –opening where the food here not just healthy but good. It is indeed nice food with great flavours and HEALTHY!
