WELCOME SEAFOOD RESTAURANT, KOTA KINABALU

January 9, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Welcome Sea Food Restaurant (Chinese name: 大茄来海鲜餐厅) is currently the hottest seafood restaurant in Kota Kinabalu city (KK). The restaurant is located at Asia City and there you can find a variety of seafood there- from prawns, squids, lobsters, clams and more. The restaurant is simply packed with people even though we are quite early when we are there.

We had the butter milk prawns which is well stir fried with the butter. The milk prawn is simply good and delicious where the prawns are fresh. It is perfectly stir fried and bringing the flavors up too.
Taste : 4/5
Price: RM 38.00

Not only that, I also ordered the steam prawn which is well made and delicious. The prawn is being steamed and due to the freshness, the prawns are sweet in its meat which I love the most.
Taste : 4/5
Price: RM 38.00

We also have the fresh crabs which is very cheap. The crabs is cooked with kam heung and it do bring up the spices of the food. Each of the crab are fresh and it is well mixed together with the spicy and delectable kam heung sauce.
Taste : 4/5
Price: RM 15/kg

Stir fried mussels with chily is also a great combination of the meal where mussels are big and fresh. It has the aroma of taste which is good and not to be forgotten as well.
Taste : 4/5
Price: RM 20

We also have a deep fried sotong which is nothing to shout about as it is just normal only and it is simply pricy too.
Taste: 2/5
Price: RM 12.00
