The one stop food haven haunt, officially opened on November 15, has a siting capacity of 550. Among taste maker chosen to helm this food paradise are Soong Kee Beef Noodles, Mandarin Chicken Rice and more.

Within the atrium structured to look like a green house; the restaurant interior features luch foliage to create “out-of-city” atmosphere.

Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Mee is getting famous and being in KL theare are so much of Hokkien Mee chocices her. Taste Enclave featured the Hokkien Mee from Ah Yip. The hearty noodle dish (RM 9.90) with the thick, fat wheat an egg noodle are being stir fried in a black caramelized soy sauce, and light soy sauce with minced garlic, sliced ork belly, prawns, choy sum and the crispy chu yau cahr ( directly translated as deep fried lard). The plate of hokkien mee comes moist and lusciously dark-almost black as nice sheen. The noodles are also slippery smooth, yet appear al-dente on the palate with a rich, savory taste at the start and lingering sweetness towards the end. The best is the hokkien mee are brimming with the “wok hei” that distict slightly charred taste and faintly smoky aroma

Stall 1 which features the Vietnamese Cuisine –Ythu Wendy Vietnam Cuisine is where the establishement from Singapore had joined Taste Enclaves which made themselves here. The spring roll (RM 6.90) is one of the recommendations for the stall itself. With the hearty delights where it is being wrapped with the scrumpius ingridients which includes vermicelli, lettuce, and carrot with it. The simply well made delight is perfect with the dipping of the chili sauce in it.

Dry Beef Noodle with Beef Tripes (RM9.00) which is originated from the famous Song Kee Beef Noodles which is located along Jalan HS Lee. The delicious silky noodles which is alkaline free is perfectly made a good match with the savoury soup. The meatballs are bouncy and springy too which added to the flavourful and aromatic soup that comes well. Delicious !

The Mix BBQ Pork and Roasted (RM 11.90) from Tong’s Roast is one of favorites in Taste Enclave. The 30 years old roast meat wholesaler in Pudu Market had their first stall now in Taste Enclave. Well, what I love about the roasted duck here where they served a succulent meat with the moist fats in it. The skin remains crispy as it is too. Awesome!

Simple dish can cheer up me sometimes. Wrap Time offers with their signature which is the – Crazy Cheesy Chicken Wrap (RM10.90) which is the healthy diet for us. The lovely wrapped which is filled with the scrumptious ingridients like chicken, onions, cheese and it is srved well with the soft fluffy wraps. Ooziness with the goodness of the cheese itself, the dish is simply scrumptious and addictive.

Grandeur Teppanyaki is another stall which is an ideal choice for Teppanyaki lovers. The menu is well complete with a lot of choices of dishes that includes the Alaska Cod Fish Set, Angus Beef Set, Oyster set and Assorted Seafood Set that proves fine, delicate flavours as many other restaurants. At the same time, the kitchen also goes creative by incorporating different ingredients to come up with something new yet carrying authentic elements, such as Bacon with Roe Chawanmushi and Chicken Omelette Roll for daily casual dining. We had the Chicken Omelette Roll which is juicy on its texture and the fragrant eggy flavor are just perfect and melts in our mouth with the tender chicken meat. It is topped with the bonito flakes which makes the dish even better.

Well, Taste Enclave do consider on the needs of vegetarian too and being that Hong Kee Vegetarian Restaurant are in the list of stalls. Being in the vegetarian restaurant since 1987 at Jalan Hang Lekiu, they have opened in Taste Enclave which they had feature more than 40 choices of vegetarian delights, Comes with a variety of choices like Abalone Mushroom, Butter Prawns and skewers are also available in their choices of items too. Their Chicken Skewers (RM 3.50/stick ) is one of their signature where the juicy meat is being marinated with the skewer and smothered with the sweet and smoky sauce is just a perfect meal to balanced up the overall flavours. The skewer leaves us with such a juicy temptation and it is just finger likering good.

Huen Kee Claypot Rice stall originated from Pudu Wet Market, needs no further introduction where the they are famous for their claypot chicken rice (RM16.80) which can sells from 200-300 pots daily. With their unique taste with their cooking styles which is using the “two way heating system” as well as charcoal to maintain the flavours, moisture and also the fragrance of the dish itself. Bringing you with the chunk of juicy meat, it comes well with the huge portion which is good to share for two.

If you love to get some Yong Tau Fu, no need to travel all the way to the Kepong Fishing Village to gave one, here you go at Taste Enclave where you can dine for their awesome Hakka Fried Pork here. Besides the Hakka Fried Pork, you can get a try of their Hakka Stewed Pork, Dumpling Soup and Assam Fish which are also some signatures of the stall itself. The Hakka Fried Pork ( RM 10.90) served brings us with the crispy touch at the outside while the burst of juiciness once bitten is indeed a sensation. The juiciness covering inside the mouth with the porklicious taste is just sinfully addictive and delicious too.

Xi Qing Seafood Restaurant which is nested in Taste Enclave is one of the outlets which surprise us too. Serving a decent seafood which they have a variety of famous stir fried dishes like the famous Chilli Crabs, Black Pepepr Crabs, Salted Egg Fried Chicken, Coffee Pork Ribs and Red Wine Beef Hor Fun. This round, we tried their Salted Egg Fried Chicken gives us a great flavors where the tender chicken is well coated with the salted egg and the subtle hint of the curry leaves. The coated salted egg on the chicken itself brings us with the savory blend which is just perfect and goes well beer.

If you are favour for some lovely Indian delights, the Roti Prata which is from Jalan Kayu Prata is one of the highly recommended by the food atrium owner, Mr Willie Tay. Even though we did not get the chance to try their roti prata, we tried their Singapore style assorted rojak. The Assorted Rojak is more to the Indian Style Rojak where the rojak is piled up with lots of ingridients which incude prawn fritters, fried egg, onions, chilli, and cucumber. It is then being drizzled with the savory sauce which is creamy and light sweetness in it. Not much of spiciness, but it is just savory enough to tempt us to try more.

If you love Nasi Briyani (RM14.90) , it is one of the items which is being recommended here. The Nasi Briyani which featured with the fluffy rice with the fragrant thick curry mutton, egg, papadum and extra side of spicy gravy with it. The taste is distinct and give us with the complete Malaysian delights and spice up our meals too.
