DYNASTY RESTAURANT @ RENAISSANCE HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR RELAUNCHED

September 19, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Renaissance Kuala Lumpur had its private function last week to to showcase the newly renovated Dynasty Restaurant. The restaurant had revamped and bringing us a more stylish and beautiful private dining room. After the huge renovation, you will be surprise with the interior where the main dining hall are able to cater up to to 120 persons was furnished in warm earth tone with a red-lighted feature wall adorned with delicate Chinese porcelain.

During the relaunching, we are well entertained with the lion dance performance as well as Mr Robert Frager, General Manager of Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur who is giving his opening speech at the launch

As for the food, the award winning Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin had featured us with the petite delights of authentic and delectable Cantonese delicacies from the barbecued and roasted specialties including soups and seafood specialties. Not only that, they served loads of nice Chinese Cuisines which captures my heart too includes the dim sum menu.

Some signatures includes Barbecued Peking Duck, Mini Monk Jumps Over The Wall, Bird’s Nest Broth with Seafood & Truffle, Wok Fried Scallops with Lily Bulbs, Asparagus and Macadamia Nuts and Grilled Prawns with Spicy Golden Garlic to name a few.

Dynasty Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Dim Sum breakfast is served from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sundays and Public Holidays (dinner hours are as usual). Dynasty Chinese Restaurant is located on the 1st floor, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel East Wing.
