Alison Soup House @ TTDI : A Pet Friendly Home Cooking Café!

August 18, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Opening their doors in the busy town of TTDI, Alison Soup House is one of the new eateries here. Focal Point are their homecook recipes from their mothers and they twist them a bit and making it their own version of recipes.
Headed by a couple who are passionate on their cooking, they had final decided to open their shop here featuring you with a healthy, slow cooked, steaming – hot soup. All cooked with heart and souls.
The interior comes simply cosy where they have the rubberwood tables by the local designer with indoor plants and walls and ceiling are planted white. Just feel like home!

SzeChuan Pickled Cucumber
The pickled cucumber comes simply addictive too with the bursting of light spiciness in it. The cucumber is perfectly marinated with the Szechuan sauce. The taste is perfect just nice, not over-powering but the hint of the Sze Chuan taste is there.
Homemade Pork Belly Satay
Addictively delicious; the pork satay comes simply juicy and moist. I am loving the texture of the pork satay. Dipped them with their peanut sauce and you will definite to enjoy it till the fullest.

Hainanese Chicken
Fans of chicken , do order their steam Hainanese Chicken.Help yourself with this. Deliciously done! I love how it is done where they had added some herbs and the meat comes tender and moist.Sides together with their homemade chily sauce.
Honey Dates ABC Soup
As for the Honey Dates ABC, they are pretty well served together with the honey dates, pork belly, vegetables, sweet corn, egg, and also tomato. Sides with the multigrain rice too. The soup comes sweet and flavourful. Such a tummy warming delights.
Smoky Spicy Pork
With the burst of spiciness; I love how it is done where the pork comes simply flavourful and juicy. Light spiciness. Served with the bihun.

7 Treasure Herbal Soup
Enjoy the warm soup that indeed good for your tummy and health. The 7 Treasure Herbal Soup are served with the Chinese herbs such as the red dates, goji berries, Yu Zhu, Dong Sheng, rhizome dioscoreae, Soy Beans and Barley. Served together with their pork belly, vegetables, and eggs. Have them with the multigrain rice.

Bubur Cha Cha
Ends your meal with a bowl of less-sweet homemade bubur cha cha. The taste of home had made us a smile and we leave with a full tummy and a smile 🙂
