Hi Tea @ Ahh-Yum by Kampong Kravers

December 31, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

For fans of local delights, is time to visit Ahh  – Yum by Kampong Kravers . Ahh-Yum was born out of a longing to have home-cooked comfort food whenever and wherever. And this time, they comes up with their NEW menu which is the Hi Tea Menu.

The Hi Tea menu is not the usual scones and macarons, but is our Malaysian style staple hi tea menu  which is impressively good. The new menu comes with the Tea for two where you can enjoy the hi tea set like the western three tier but with Malaysian favourites in it.

And this time, we comes up with the three tier hi – tea where the first tier offers you with the addictive taste of the Cara Berlauk Udang, a common Malaysian favourite. There are made from combination of rice flour, flour, and corn flour with added condiments such as coconut milk, fried onions, dried shrimps with it. They are such an addictive and delicious savoury bite to go.

On the middle tier , you can have the rare savoury which is the  Akok Mek Kelate, and delectable Cekodok Pujaan Ramai. They are really nice and it is something I haven’t tried before too. After the first bite, I am totally in love with it.

And finally, at the bottom tier, it is completed with the crispy and yet unforgettable Keropok Lekor Terengganu, golden-fried Cucur Makcik Bawang.

As always, Ahh-Yum puts its own spin on the local delicacies without forgoing the original pull of the dishes. To complete the scrumptious set were two hot drinks, a choice between Teh Tarik Kebanggaan Malaysia and Kopi Kampong.

The mouth-watering new items will be available with the Hi-Tea Menu, henceforth available at selected Ahh-Yum locations* from 3pm to 5.30pm daily.

For more information on the menu at Ahh-Yum can be found at the website www.ahhyum.com. *Available at Bukit Damansara, Wangsa Walk Mall, and Plaza Shah Alam outlets only
