Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara’s Symphony of the Moon: Mid-Autumn Mooncake Offering

August 16, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

This Mid-Autumn Festival, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara invites guests to step into a world of elegance and whimsy with its enchanting 2025 Mooncake Collection — Symphony of the Moon. Seamlessly blending centuries-old tradition with modern sophistication, the collection is a celebration of togetherness, gifting, and indulgence under the luminous glow of the harvest moon.

Two exquisite box sets headline this year’s collection, each one a carefully crafted work of art that marries stunning design with delicious indulgence.

The Golden Yue Premium Box Set is a true showpiece in lavender and gold, featuring a unique 360° rotating core that allows mooncakes to be presented like treasures in motion — a graceful nod to the moon’s celestial dance. Complete with a bespoke chopstick set, it’s the ultimate statement in festive luxury.

For those who adore soft hues and romantic details, the Moonlight Duet Classic Box Set charms with its pastel palette and intricate floral cut-outs. The octagonal shape symbolises balance, unity, and timeless bonds, offering a contemporary twist on Mid-Autumn tradition.

Inside both boxes, Sofitel presents a thoughtfully curated selection of baked and snow skin mooncakes. Star flavours for 2025 include the bold and creamy Musang King Durian Snow Skin, and the delicate Hibiscus Strawberry Cream Cheese — a blushing homage to Malaysia’s national flower. These join classic favourites like Pure White Lotus, Red Bean, and the Salted Egg Yolk collection, ensuring there’s something to please every palate.

Adding to the exclusivity, Sofitel offers complimentary bespoke branding for corporate or personalised gifting — allowing logos, names, or heartfelt messages to be added for a truly memorable touch.

The Golden Yue Premium Box Set is priced from RM268+ and the Moonlight Duet Classic Box Set from RM178+, with an early bird 25% discount available until 17 August 2025. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp at +6017 511 7725 or by emailing [email protected].

Whether you’re hosting a moonlit gathering or sending well wishes from afar, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara’s Symphony of the Moon is poised to add elegance, flavour, and a little sparkle to your Mid-Autumn celebrations.
