As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, Kota Permai Golf & Country Club is delighted to present Sajian Serantau Permai, a specially curated buffet spread featuring an exquisite selection of traditional and contemporary dishes inspired by the rich flavors of the Nusantara region. This culinary celebration will take place from 6 – 28 March 2025, daily from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a truly heartwarming and authentic dining experience perfect for family gatherings, friendly reunions, and corporate events.

A Culinary Journey Through the Region

Sajian Serantau Permai is designed to take guests on a gastronomic adventure across Malaysia and its neighboring regions. The buffet presents a diverse selection of beloved local favorites and regional specialties, each meticulously crafted to capture the essence of traditional flavors. From fragrant rice dishes to aromatic curries and expertly grilled meats, every dish promises a delightful blend of taste and tradition. The warm hospitality of Kota Permai Golf & Country Club further enhances the immersive dining experience, making it a memorable celebration of togetherness.

An Unforgettable Feast of Flavors

Prepare to indulge in an extraordinary spread that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more. The Sajian Serantau Permai buffet showcases a mesmerizing array of culinary delights, starting with the smoky aroma of sizzling meats at the BBQ and Grill Station, where juicy cuts of beef, lamb, and chicken are expertly grilled to perfection. Dive into the rich and hearty Gulai Kawah, available in both beef and lamb variations, slow-cooked with a medley of aromatic spices that create an explosion of flavors in every bite.

The indulgent Ayam Rendang offers a taste of tradition, featuring tender chicken simmered in a thick, fragrant coconut-based gravy, while the fiery Mutton Varuval adds a South Indian flair with its bold spices and succulent texture. Seafood lovers will be captivated by the Butter Mantis Prawn, a luscious dish coated in a velvety, buttery sauce, as well as the tantalizing Lala Kam Heong, stir-fried with dried shrimp, curry leaves, and bird’s eye chili for that irresistible kick.

The feast continues with the rich and spicy Ketam Masak Cili, a must-try for crab enthusiasts, and the iconic Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak Pahang, a signature dish infused with the tangy essence of fermented durian.

Vegetarian delights are not forgotten, with the Stir-Fried Four Vegetables with Cashew Nuts offering a delightful crunch and harmony of flavors. Traditional festive staples such as Lemang and Ketupat Palas make their grand appearance, perfectly paired with delicious rendang and serunding. Rice lovers will be spoiled for choice with the fragrant Nasi Minyak and the colorful, aromatic Nasi Hujan Panas, both guaranteed to complement every dish on the menu. Warm and comforting bowls of Bakso bring a taste of Indonesia, while the Seafood on Ice station presents a luxurious selection of fresh ocean treasures.

No meal is complete without dessert, and guests can look forward to the delightful Apam Balik, a crispy pancake filled with sweet corn, crushed peanuts, and creamy butter, alongside an extensive variety of traditional kuih-muih and sweet treats that promise a perfect ending to this spectacular feast.
