Lunar Treasures Come To Life For The Mid-Autumn Festival At Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

July 28, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

The Mid-Autumn Festival has always evoked a sense of nostalgia and community among Malaysians. This year, Lady Yi’s Tea House at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, captures this sentiment beautifully with its Lunar Treasures Mooncake Collection. An homage to childhood memories and age-old traditions, this celebration introduces two new mooncake varieties and a festive gift box inspired by the artwork of local artist Alice Chang, reflecting the warm, familial essence of Lady Yi’s Tea House.

The Lunar Treasures celebration is elegantly showcased in the gift box design and the new mooncake offerings. The artwork features phoenixes, symbolizing rebirth and new beginnings, and lanterns, reminiscent of cherished childhood memories. This visual narrative exemplifies Lady Yi’s cherished moments celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with her grandmother, blending tradition with a modern touch.

This year, Four Points Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown has added Baked Chocolate and Baked Musang King mooncakes to their lineup, which already includes Lady Yi’s Signature 11 Treasures Tea mooncake, White Lotus with Single Egg Yolk, Red Bean, and Green Tea mooncakes. These new flavors aim to cater to the Southeast Asian palate, sharing the festival’s wonder with an even wider audience.

The Lunar Treasures Mooncake Collection is priced at RM138+ for a selection of four mooncakes or RM35+ per mooncake. Guests are invited to visit Lady Yi’s Tea House to experience a curated pairing of premium Chinese teas, chosen to enhance the tasting notes of the different mooncakes. All mooncakes in the collection are hand-crafted in a halal kitchen and certified pork-free, ensuring they are suitable for a diverse range of guests.

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, Lady Yi’s Tea House offers an Early Bird discount of 15% off until August 18, 2024. Club Marriott members and selected bank cardholders can enjoy an additional 10% discount on their orders. For corporate gifting inquiries or bulk orders, customers can contact Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown directly at +603-2035 7333 or +60 12-507 3327 or via email at [email protected]. The Lunar Treasures Mooncake Collection is also available for purchase on the hotel’s official gifting site.

In summary, the Lunar Treasures Mooncake Collection by Lady Yi’s Tea House at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, offers a heartfelt blend of tradition and modernity. Through its elegant design, new mooncake flavors, and thoughtful tea pairings, this collection aims to bring the joy and nostalgia of the Mid-Autumn Festival to all, creating new memories while honoring old ones.
