Vietjet makes historic move with the launch of Ho Chi Minh – Perth – Adelaide direct services

 Vietjet has made history by being the first-ever Vietnamese carrier to provide direct services to South Australia and Western Australia. The airline marked a significant expansion by connecting Ho Chi Minh City to both Perth and Adelaide.

 

In less than a year since its entry into the Australian market in April 2023, Vietjet now flies to five key Australian cities, including Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. Its expansion into Adelaide and Perth represents a remarkable milestone, as the airline is set to more than double its weekly flights to Australia, reaching a total of 58 per week starting this December. This significant increase solidifies Vietjet’s position as the carrier with the largest capacity operating between Vietnam and Australia.
