YUNNAN MUSHROOM DELIGHTS AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT ONE WORLD HOTEL PETALING JAYA

Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant of One World Hotel Petaling Jaya has exceptional repute for its classic Cantonese cuisine and sumptuous dim sum selections. The culinary prowess of Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Choong Chan Hoo culminates it’s November restaurant promotion; the Yunnan Wild Mushroom.

Starring Deep Fried Toast with Shrimp Paste and Truffle Paste (RM28.00nett), Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone, Cordyceps Flower and Prawn Wanton (RM48.00nett), Braised Wild Bamboo Mushroom stuffed with Asparagus served with Homemade Bean Curd and Crab Meat Sauce (RM68.00nett), Braised Morel Mushroom with Abalone, Fish Maw and Chicken in Claypot (RM68.00nett), and the Braised E-Fu Noodles with Live Grass Prawns, Dried Straw Mushrooms and Scallop (RM48.00nett); expect a dining experience well-deserving of an encore.

For dessert, there is plenty to offer – all of it are made in-house. Sweet surprises such as the Sweetened Mango Puree with Pomelo and Ice Cream, Combination of Durian Spring Roll, Durian Pancake and Durian Ice Cream and; the Chilled Lemon Grass Jelly with Aloe Vera and Lime Juice are absolute joy to the taste buds and concludes the satisfying feast on a high, sweet note.

The Yunnan Mushroom Delights promotion is available for dine-in (lunch and dinner) and take-away (self-pickup or delivery). 

Apart from the mentioned, Chef Tommy Choong and his kitchen brigade also put forward a list of yummy options to keep your tummy happy. Price starts from RM48.00nett for an Ala Carte dish, the Combo Set Menu priced from RM138.00nett per set of 3 dishes for 3 persons and the affordable Takeaway Specials is priced at RM16.00nett per set.
