
Ingredients
1. Threadfish ( 1 block ) ( I get them from Culfishery)
2. Ginger Slice ( 1 inch- thinly slice)
3. Garlic Oil ( 3 table spoon)
4. 1 tbsp of light soya sauce
Method:
1. Cleaned the fish
2. Then put them on plate
3. Add in the ginger slice, garlic oil, and soy sauce
4. Put them in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes
5. Now you can enjoy the lovely dish.
