We then also have their awesome bowl of tummy warming soup which is the Braised Tomato Puree Sup with Seafood, Vegetarian Fins and Crushed almond. The hearty bowl of soup is perfectly good especially in this cold weather. We love every sip of the soup where the soup is not just nutritious but also bringing you some beauty elements in it.

Eight Treasure Salt Baked Chicken
The Eight Treasure Salt Baked Chicken comes simply delicious with the aromatic taste of the herbs with light saltiness. The meat is tender and juicy. I love it when they are paired with the chef’s homemade garlic sauce.
Steamed Moontail Grouper with Green Lime and Garlic Chili Sauce

For those who are in love with fish, Chef  Lam make a twist of those traditional style steam fish to something special. With some twist of the Thai elements in it, one can enjoy the light spicy sensation with some sourish twist. The grouper fish comes simply fresh and the meat is so flaky as I wanted to have more of it.

Sliced Abalone with Sea Cucumbers, Dried Oysters, Sea moss and Chinese Cabbage in Claypot

One of the delicious meal to enjoy here. One can enjoy the sliced abalone served together with the sea cucumbers, dried oysters, sea moss and also the Chinese cabbage all in a pot. The hearty pot of delights definitely makes you feel like having more of it.

Stir Fried Prawns with Kam Heong Pepper Sauce

For those who are a big fans of prawns, their stir fried prawns with kam heong sauce indeed a nice one to go for. One can enjoy the juicy prawns which is complete with the burst of umph from the kam heong pepper. Nicely done!

Fragrant Fried Rice with Preserve Duck Meat Wrapped in Lotus Leaf

Don’t miss out their awesomely prepared fragrant fried rice which is completed with the tender moist preserved duck meat. Deliciously done and one of my favourite of the night too.
