December 24, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

The end of year is all about festivities, seasonal celebrations, and most importantly, togetherness. It’s the ideal time for love ones to go on holidays together, because experiencing the magical moments of the season with the ones who matter is what makes it worthwhile.

From historical architecture to mouthwatering cuisines, Melaka makes the perfect cultural holiday destination. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Melaka boasts stunning views of the Straits of Melaka and is situated in the heart of Hatten City and just minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of downtown old Melaka.

This December, DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka is offering three Festive Packages inclusive of a two-day-one-night stay in a King Guest Room and hearty buffet meals. Through these packages, the hotel presents the Gift of Being Together.

The Christmas Eve package starts from RM597 nett and comes with breakfast and dinner at Makan Kitchen. Guests can indulge in Seared Beef Medallion and Asparagus Ragout, Homemade Shepherd Pie, Yorkshire pudding and more as they mingle with Santa Claus at the Christmas dinner buffet.

The Christmas Day package includes breakfast and high tea at Makan Kitchen from RM555 nett. Guests can experience a traditional Christmas Roast during high tea with dishes like Roasted Brine Whole Turkey, Hickory Smoked Short Beef Ribs, Chestnut Stuffing and more.

The New Year’s Eve package is inclusive of breakfast at Makan Kitchen and a BBQ buffet dinner at Tosca from RM670 nett. Guests can celebrate and ring in the New Year at the buffet dinner with a spread of Mixed Spice Fire up Chicken, BBQ Marinated Minute Steak, Jumbo Smoked Chicken Sausage and more BBQ delights.

After a day of immersing in Melaka’s bustling city and cultural sites, guests can unwind at their King Guest Room. The large, stylish room features one king Sweet Dreams bed and a range of thoughtful amenities. Relax on the armchair and watch the 48-inch HDTV. Refresh in the elegant bathroom with a rain-shower and exclusive bath amenities. Special touches include a pillow menu, bathrobes, and slippers. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child.

Bookings for all packages must be made seven days in advance with a 72-hour cancellation policy.
