Graze Modern European Brasserie Brings You A “Choose Your Region” Menu, Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s modern European brasserie, Graze, emphasises on fresh, seasonal produce and the finest cuts of meat. Headed by Chef Darius Seitfudem, the made to order menu presents all kinds of classic European dishes with bold, robust flavours.

Graze is currently offering a four-course “Choose Your Region” European themed menu for groups of minimum 10 pax. The personalised dining experience is Ideal for European embassy functions, family reunions, business annual dinners and all kinds of celebrations. Prices start from RM200 nett per person and an additional RM180 nett for wine pairing.

The personalised menu is available during lunch and dinner, and bookings must be made at least three days in advance for menu preparation, theme set ups and decorations.

Guests have the option to go for Chef Darius’ recommended dishes if they are foreign to their selected region. Existing Italian, German and French menus are available to provide easy selection and inspiration.

Italian menu
First course – Fritto Misto, Bocconcini Caprese Alla Genovese, Bruschetta Mediterranean or Carpaccio Di Polpo Alla Siciliana
Second course – Zuppa di Lentichie Abruzzese or Sardinia Minestrone
Third course – Ragu alla Napoletana, Pollo alla Cacciatore, Pesce Dentice al Sale or Gnocchi alla Sorrentino
Fourth course – Lemon Pannacotta, Traditional Tiramisu or Espresso Chocolate Semi Freddo

German menu
First course – Obazda, Leberwurst, Smoked Mackerel or Potato Roesti
Second course – Griessnockerl or Potato & Leek Soup
Third course – Pan-fried Rainbow Trout Fillet, Roasted Duck Leg, Slow Cooked Beef Brisket or Pan Seared Spinach and Cottage Cheese Ravioli
Fourth course – Black Forest Slice, Warm Apple Strudel or German Rumtopf

French menu
First course – Escargot Ala Bourguignonne, Baked Camembert Cheese, Steak Tartar, Plant Pot Crudite
Second course – French Onion Soup or Marseille Bouillabaisse
Third course – Beef Bourguignon, Pan-fried French Lupe De Mare, French Confit Duck Leg, Lamb Navarin or Leek and Pumpkin Tagine
Fourth course – Babas Au Rhum, Valhona Chocolate Souffle or Pear Belle Helene

Graze is located on level 4 of Hilton Kuala Lumpur and is open daily from 12pm – 2:30 pm and 6:30pm – 10:30 pm.
