Ojju @ Nu Sentral : Muslim Friendly Korean Delights

December 13, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are a big fan of Korean food, Ojju is of course the place you should visit.  Ojju K- Food is the modern Korean- inspired food concept. And Ojju had finally opened their flagship outlet back in 14 October 2018 at Level 4 at the Nu Sentral Mall.

Derived from a rich history that stems from the Korean War back in 1940s and the comfort of home-cooked food that transcends through generations in Korea, Ojju K-Food brings to life the same Korean traditions into a contemporary casual setting to capture the hearts of local diners. Being that, Ojju K-Food brings you with the comfort interior with the wood texture and the yellow lighting.

Rolling Cheese Fried Chicken Wings (RM 43.90/ Chicken Wings | RM 49.90 / Chicken Drumstick)
The Chicken Rolling Cheese is one of their signature here. The Chicken Rolling Chicken is served witheir signature Ojju Special BBQ Sauce together with the creamy cheese and sides with fries. In here, we can choose the spiciness where you can choose having the drumstick or chicken wings. The chicken meat comes simply tender and juicy and it is well paired with the delicious creamy cheese. And whats make it thoughtful is where they provide gloves too to ease your dining experience.

And you can add the cheesy Korean Fried Rice (RM 11.90) to it as well. The fried rice comes with the bursting spicy flavours and topped with some love (egg) on top.

Japchae (RM 16.90 (veggie)| RM 19.90 (beef))
We love the Japchae which comes with the burst of umph with it. The stir fried glass noodle fragrantly stir fried with perfection with the sesame oil and the colourful vegetables.

Teobokki & Eomuk Bokkeum (RM 13.90)
When you are visit any Korean Restaurant, the stir fried rice cake and fish cake in the sweet and spicy sauce. Addictively good

Gyeran JJu ( RM 7.90)
Egg lover would definite to fall in love with this awesome fluffy steamed egg. The egg comes simply fragrant and fluffy. Just like what I love it to be!

Never ends your meal here without trying their Bingsoo. They have a variety choices of interesting bingsoo and we tried the banana split. The banana split comes with the waffle crackers together with 3 scopes of cooling indulging ice creams and banana.

Overall, Ojju brings you with the great choices of HALAL Korean delights. Not just Muslim – friendly, their dishes are impressive too.
