Make Merry at The Murray, Hong Kong This Holiday Season

The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel, invites guests to create festive memories at the award-winning property this holiday season. Ringing in the New Year in spectacular fashion, the hotel presents a range of decadent festive dining offerings, an exclusive getaway package and gift ideas to celebrate the holiday season.

Celebrate the season in style with A Merry Murray Christmas room package. Available for booking until 15 December, guests staying between 20-30 December 2018 will be entitled to the following benefits:

–          Complimentary upgrade to the next room category for bookings of N1 Deluxe Room and N2 Grand Room

–          Daily breakfast for two

–          10% savings on dining in hotel restaurants and bars (except Guo Fu Lou and In-Room Dining)

–          15% savings on spa treatments

–          Complimentary use of in-room personal bar (excluding alcoholic beverages)

–          A limited-edition Murray Christmas gift

Popinjays, the hotel’s signature rooftop bar and restaurant, is the perfect destination for sophisticated celebrations. Gather this Christmas Eve for a six-course dinner of much-loved dishes, including Pan-seared Foie Gras, Poached Brittany Lobster and Roasted Grain-fed Turkey. Priced at HKD 2,280 per person, the offer includes a flute of champagne. Guests seeking to end the year with a bang can opt for the a six-course dinner. Priced at HKD 2,988 with complimentary entry to the private countdown party, Chef Didier Quennouelle’s festive menu includes signature dishes featuring premium ingredients, including Petrossian Ocietra Caviar, Hokkaido Scallop and Venison Loin.

Those who prefer daytime dining can attend the Christmas Day Brunch or First Brunch of the Year for HKD 1,280 per person. To make the occasion even more memorable, an additional HKD 700 provides guests with unlimited bubbles and wines for two hours.

Popinjays’ New Year’s Eve Countdown Party features live DJ performances, and a two-hour free-flow package with premium spirits and wines. For an entrance fee of HKD 500, guests can access the Popinjays party and receive a complimentary flute of champagne to ring in the New Year. Restaurant patrons at The Murray are entitled to a discounted entrance fee of HKD 200 while Popinjays diners and guests in residence enjoy complimentary access.

The modern international gastronomic destination The Tai Pan is offering festive dining options throughout the season. Special dishes include Nordic King Salmon Confit, Sea Urchin Toast and Roasted US Prime Beef Tenderloin. Guests can select from a festive four-course menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day priced at HKD 1,488, a premium five-course dinner on New Year’s Eve for HKD 1,688 or a deluxe six-course lunch on New Year’s Day for HKD 1,488.

For festive gatherings of a more relaxed nature, Garden Lounge is serving its signature Christmas Afternoon Tea throughout December. Priced at HKD 360 per person, the picture-perfect Afternoon Tea set includes enticing sweet and savoury bites as well as a dessert trolley filled with a tempting selection of Christmas treats.

Three-course menus featuring Slow-cooked Turkey Breast, Turkey Leg Roulade and Black Cod en Papillote will also be offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (priced at HKD 688) as well as dinner on New Year’s Eve (priced at HKD 888).

For guests hosting celebrations at home or in their office, they have the added convenience of Takeaway Treats. Catering for up to 14 diners and priced at HKD 2,388, The Murray Turkey comprises a large turkey and five side dishes. For smaller parties of up to 10 guests with three side dishes, the medium turkey is priced at HKD 1,488. Christmas desserts include the yule log and apple pie, priced at HKD 620 and HKD 460 respectively and both serve up to 12 diners.

Perfect with gifting, The Murray Hamper is filled with luxurious treats, including a bottle of NV R de Ruinart Brut Champagne, Maison Argaud Duck Rillette, Mini Chestnut Panettone, and Grown Alchemist premium skincare products, priced at HKD 1,999. Personalised Murray Gift Certificates for wellness, dining and accommodation experiences are also available. Takeaway Treats and Murray Hampers are available to order from 26 November until 16 December, and collections are available between 22-26 December.
