Extraordinary Italian Cuisine at Curate @ Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

November 26, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is thrilled to collaborate with the Michelin Star Chef Daniele Repetti for an evening of the Extraordinary Italian Cuisine of Curate.

Daniele Repetti is the artist behind the one Michelin Star Restaurant, II Nido Del Picchio located near Central Florence. He brings his passion in creating Italian Cuisine that has its roots based on the Emilian tradition. With his deep knowledge of ingredients, he strives to connect his guest through culinary storytelling.

With the one night ONLY opportunity, Chef Daniele Repetti is now bringing his best favourites Four Season Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Being coined as The Extraordinary Italian Event at Curate, one can enjoy the 5 Course Dinner paired with wine flown in by Lucetta Winery.

We started off with the fresh oyster. The oyster is carefully chosen and each of it come pluppy and fresh.

Moving on, we had the Starter. I loved it so much especially the Parmasen Cheese Terrine which serves a light cheese taste. Sides with the pickled vegetables, puffed tapioca chips and balsamic vinegar gel.

Next, we enjoyed their awesome soup which is the Tomato Filled Rivioli in Seafood Soup. Love how their broth is prepared and these delicious ravioli delights are filled with the Saffron Creamy Risotto, Beef Broth Sauce, Almonds, and the deep-fried artichokes.

As for the main course, one will definite to fall in love with their Braised Veal Check which is perfectly cooked and sides with the creamy potato with rosemary, popular mushrooms and black truffle. The dish is simply awesome and delicious which make is to our favorite of the night.

Our meals ended with their simple and yet elegantly presented dessert. The Bavarian White Chocolate Mousse served together with the amaretti almond biscuit crumble, pineapple sorbet with the raspberry jelly.

As for the wine selection, two are served with the great choice of wine too. The Wine Selections includes Principessa ( Chardonnay), Malmsey ( Malvasia Secca), Suavignon Blanc CV(Cantine Luretta), Caberne Sauvignon CV (Cantine Luretta), Achab ( Pinot Niot) and Le Rane ( Malvasia Dolce). Dinner is priced at RM 308 nett inclusive of wine pairing at Curate starting at 7.30 pm till 10.00 pm. And the Michelin starred Chef Daniele Repetti will be cooking up a storm at various Italian eateries in the city and you can taste his special dinner pairings at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Cicchetti Di Zenzero, and Marini’s on 57.
