Le Pont Boulangerie brings you with Four Enduring Favorites, One Total Experience

April 1, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Le Pont Boulangerie no longer a new name for those who are staying in Klang Valley. The restaurant and cafe offers you not just bread (where they famed for) but they do deliver delectable main courses, beverages, pastries and confectioneries that serve up a feast for both the taste buds and eyes.

And this time, Le Pont invites the patrons to savour their signature delights as well as handpicked selection of Le Pont’s finest pillar in each of its four food pillars.

Le Pont ‘Triple A’ Lamb Shank (RM 48.90)
One of the signatures is their famous Le Pont ‘Triple A’ Lamb Shank where the lamb shank is imported from Australia.  Using the Australian preparation method, the lamb is slow – braised for 5 hours before it is served. Furnished with the flavoursome house recipe apricot sauce. Sides with the garlic bread at the side. The lamb shank comes awesomely good where they give us with the melt in the mouth sensation without any gammy taste in it.

Chicken Slider (RM 21.90)
We had their Chicken Slider as well where I am indeed loving this. Enjoy the deliciously done Homemade Chicken Patties and served with the tofu bun, truffle mayo, greens, caramelised onions and fries.  Loving the texture of the buns as well as the flavourful chicken patties.

Seafood Minestrone (RM 28.90)
If you are a pasta lover, you can have their signature Seafood Minestrone (RM 28.90).  Love how their homemade pasta is being done. The freshly made fedelini pasta is topped with the assorted seafood in rich minestrone broth. The minestrone broth comes with light spiciness and the tomato base sauce is perfectly good.

Strawberry Symphony
Ends your meal with the refreshing concoction of drink ( Strawberry Symphony) specially created by the Le Pont’s Head of Coffee Division David Leong. Have the refreshing juice which comes with the orange juice, strawberry puree, tonic water, fresh cherry, tomatoes and strawberry slices with salt by the side. Made from freshly cut fruits and ingredients. The drinks comes simply refreshing and it became one of my favourites.

If you are big fans of their bread, Yama Shoku Bread is one of the highlight. Inspired by the Japanese Champion Baker recipe, the bread baked using the quality Japanese flour which is naturally fermented using very little yeast and no artificial ingredients.  Eventually it will brings you with the softer and yet fuller texture complemented by rich flavours and crispy outer crust.

Indeed, no meal is ever complete without a dessert. Presenting Noir Chocolat, an exquisite indulgence made with premium couverture chocolate that is richer in cocoa fuller to give a refined flavour and mouthfeel. The chocolate is painstakingly made using a precise heating and mixing process, coupled with generous portions of roasted almonds to create a truly gourmet chocolate experience.

And now, customers can enjoy all the four signature in Le Pont (Lamb Shank, Yamashoku Bread, Strawberry Symphony, and Noir Chocolat) at special price of RM 85 for one set and RM 150 for two. Better yet, Le Pont is also giving away a pair of air tickets to Australia as well as ten consolation prizes of RM 200  Le Pont Cash Vouchers to lucky diners. Every purchase of one Le Pont Signature Set entitle customer to one contest entry while purchase of two sets will receive three entries. Thirty finalists will be shortlisted at random for the Grand Lucky Draw on 19th May where winners will be selected.
