Scrumptious CNY Meals @ Pulllman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

February 14, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Time for another round of lou sang and it is always a pleasure having more lou sang. And this year, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar brings you with their extensive menu to welcome the year of Dog. The Oriental Chinese Cuisine Restaurant which is located in the 1st floor of the restaurant is having a great ambience overlooking the busy Federal Highway.

Toss to prosperity and good health with their signature Snow Pear and Salmon Yee Sang. Enjoy this beautifully prepared lou sang which is packed with myriad colors and the bursting flavours. Tossed all the way up and brings yourself more good luck this round.

We then have the hot bowl of soothing soup which is the Double Boiled Song Ji Mushroom Broth with Conch Slice and Chicken. Enjoy this delectable bowl of soup which is packed with flavours.

Moving next is the Steamed Giant Pearl Dragon Grouper with Shredded Ginger. Uniquely prepared as usually we have the fish as a whole but here, they are sliced and steamed till perfection and served them to you instead.

A must to have is of course the Poon Choy  * Braised Assorted Sea Treasure in Bamboo Basket. The luxury pot of goodies where they have the abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, Chinese mushroom, prawn, smoked oyster, waxed duck, roasted duck, Chinese cabbage and broccoli in one. Flavourful and delicious !

Sumptuous waxed Duck Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves to ends our main today. Flavourful!

Homemade Carp Fish Nian Gao and Double Boiled Soy Milk with Snow Fungus Lotus Seeds and Sea Coconut are served together at the end.  Enjoy the desserts to mark a sweet ending at the end.

Oriental Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Chinese New Year set menu consist of 3 main selections the Gold Prosperity, Platinum Prosperity and Diamond Prosperity sets starting from RM1200nett and available until 2 March 2018.

Address: No 1 Jalan Pantai Jaya Tower 3, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
