✔️ Japanese delicacies: sashimi: salmon, Hamachi, tuna, Argentinian red shrimp and scallop; teppanyaki: beef tenderloin, sirloin and lamb rack; sushi: urchin sushi and toro sushi
✔️ Western delicacies: grilled items: jumbo scallop with yuzu dressing, jumbo oyster with black truffle cream sauce, Norwegian salmon, barramundi; others: pan-seared sole roulade, braised beef cheek, US pork medallions and stir-fried clam with white wine and garlic, Alaskan king crab leg with garlic herb butter (only available during New Year’s Eve countdown party & dinner buffet 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM)
