It looks incredibly serene as it’s cast in hues of orange and pink, yet continues to bubble with action like recently popped champagne. This wonderful panorama is best experienced from the water on board a Hong Kong evening harbour cruise. And we had one of our best experiences where we took a short trip from the Island to Tsim Tsa Tsui.

Since 1888, the Hong Kong Star Ferry is one of the most unique things to do while traveling in Hong Kong. It is basically a short 10 minute ferry ride that takes you across the Victoria Harbour between Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island side. And it is quite a nice journey to enjoy.

Get the breathtaking journey like some of the TVB dramas you seen. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful view of the city either alone or we love ones.
The cost of the Star Ferry ride from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central is only HKD $2 during weekdays and HKD $3.40 for weekends and holidays. To get to the Star Ferry Tsim Sha Tsui Pier, you can simply exit from the MTR L6 exit. You will see a Clock Tower near the harbour on Salisbury Road. Just walk towards it and you will get to the Pier shortly. If you want to ride the Star Ferry after a day of shopping on Canton Road, you can simply walk along Canton Road towards the harbour and you will see the Pier at the end of Canton Road.
