DIM SUM BUFFET AT SI CHUAN DOU HUA RESTAURANT, PARKROYAL HOTEL

Si Chuan Dou Hua is one of the authentic traditional Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine (pork-free) which is in the ParkRoyal Hotel. The restaurant is well decorated with elegent look and also the nice soothing Chinese Music. The first Malaysia Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurant is simply a nice place tto dine and it is strategicly located at the Lower Lobby of the 5 star Hotel. The restaurants can accomadate up to 145 diners at anytime. The restaurant had won many awards which they are being awarded as one of Malaysia’s Best Restaurant as well as Award of Excellence for Best Value Meal at the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival 2008 (MIGF). They also offer a choice of four private dining rooms and custom-made menus for a more exclusive dining experience.

And now, the restaurant is having a great promotion to serves the customer with a Dim Sum Buffet at RM 55++. To start with, the Dim Sum Buffet which is not only dim sum, they also served a large variety of food from Western Style, Hakka Style, Hainanese Chicken Rice and more. There is a wide spread of choices in the buffet line. As for dim sum, you may ordered from the menu which have varieties of it and they made it fresh from the kitchen.

– The Eight Treasure Tea-

We are welcomed with their signature tea which is The Eight Treasure Tea. The Eight Treasure Tea which is served contained Wolfberries, Red Dates, Chrysanthemum, Rock Sugar, Jasmine, Dried Longan, Billy Bob and Winter Oats. The tea is said to be good for health where it is said to help in reducing body heat, promotes digestion, enhances appetite and relieves fatigue. It calms the nerves, and restores vital “qi” and blood.

– The Tea Master-

With the Tea Master here, it is indeed a eye opening and it had made our breakfast memorable where hr presents the humble act of tea art. The tea is served with a metre-long nose bronze tea kettle and he will combines the skills of ChineseMartial Art while presenting the tea too the diners.

We started out with the spread of buffets while waiting for our dim sums and fried items. The buffet items are many which include cakes, puddings, porridge, rice, and more.
