Regal Airport Hotel Won Gold Culinary Awards and Accreditation

Regal Airport Hotel is proud to be the recipient of multiple distinguished dining honors including Gold Award in “2016 Best of Best Culinary Awards” by Hong Kong Tourism Board and “2016 Cordons Bleus Recommendation Restaurant” by La Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France. These awards are testaments of the outstanding performance and creativity of our award-winning Chef and culinary team.

2016 Best of Best Culinary Awards – Gold Award
Rouge’s Executive Chef Simon Choi and Dim Sum Chef Kenny Cheuk won the Gold Award in the culinary event of the year – 2016 Best of the Best Culinary Awards in the Dim Sum Category (Rice Rolls) by showcasing the innovative Dim Sum “Steamed rice flour rolls with mixed mushrooms and bitter melon”. Chef Kenny has also been awarded the “Most Liked Chef” in this category for this performance and his own charisma. This award-winning dim sum (HK$58) is now available at Rouge.
