Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel is proud to unveil the new taste of TEMPTationS prepared by Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger and his team. Bringing you with the new line up of their Live Station, one can enjoy the amazingly delicious selection of speciality dish.
To start off, we are enjoying their delicious seafood selection where one can enjoy the variety of fresh seafood on ice, mixed salads or even garden greens. Aside, you can enjoy the 2 choices of soups daily with their home –made bread rolls. They have also a variety of cheese to go for.
A variety highlights in the buffet comes with loads of hot items where they have Grilled lamb served with miso cream sauce, Seafood skewer with percik sauce, Lamb keema biryani with raita, Wok-fried prawn in pepper and butter sauce and Murgh khada masala (chicken), Kuzi kambing and Malabari fish curry to name a few. I love the satay as well as the grilled lamb where it is amazingly good with the succulent and tender meat.
Not just that, they also have good Japanese sensation too. They have wide spread of sushi and sashimi in the buffet spread too.
A must try here includes the seafood soup station using chicken broth as soup based. Sweet warmth broth served with fresh seafood of my choice was certainly delicious!
Don’t leave without desserts here. Enjoy the heavenly colourful desserts like local kuihs,Cakes, Chocolates and more.
