January 12, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

POINT 1: BALI, Indonesia. Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta is pleased to launch the newest and latest hot-off-the-grill package to relish the taste of ocean at The Best Brew. With the high demand of seafood from Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta’s renown F&B program ‘Grill & Chill’, Executive Chef Paul Maurici is now specially cooking ‘Seafood Grill & Chill’ every Wednesday & Friday from 6 – 11 PM at only IDR 145,000 nett/portion.
POINT 2: ‘Seafood Grill & Chill’ program is highlighting the sustainable & best catches seafood program.  Guests choose a selection of 3 (three) of their most preferred seafood from fresh crab, tiger prawn, squid, snapper, green sea clam, mahi-mahi fish to name just a few. Guests have many options to choose from, Balinese inspired sauces to pan Asian favorites. All seafood is cooked specifically to guests requests; pan sautéed, wood-fired grilled or delicately fried. All portions come with limitless side dishes buffet & home-made popular sauces.
POINT 3: Starwood Hotels & Resorts has shown strong leadership in sustainable seafood in the industry. In 2014, the company became the first global luxury hotelier to commit to banning shark fin in all restaurants and food and beverage services across its global portfolio. In 2012, Starwood banned all whale and sea turtle from its menus.
POINT 4: Earlier this year, Starwood released its Sustainable Seafood Position Statement, which is part of a larger Sustainable Food & Beverage Policy. Initially published in 2012 and updated this year, the “Eat Local, Think Global” program is a collection of principles that guides sustainable food and beverage sourcing, production, consumption and disposal within and across Starwood properties worldwide. These principles include sourcing more local foods and beverages at Starwood hotels, encouraging properties to buy from farmers who practice certified and sustainable farming, and supporting Fair Trade practices.
