“Legendary Custard Mooncakes” of The Kowloon Hotel is renowned for its sophisticated craftsmanship and has been highly sought-after by discerning gourmets in town. Rich and silky custard of top quality ingredients wrapped in light flaky pastry crust – all our mooncakes are handmade, preservative-free and freshly baked by experienced chefs following an age old Cantonese recipe. Each of these mouthful delights is molded with traditional craftsmanship and filled with our chefs’ sincerity and heartfelt wishes, promise to bring you an extraordinary mooncake experience.
