As the fasting month approaching, chef at Chatz Brasserie Parkroyal Hotel Kuala Lumpur brings you with the nostalgic “kampong”dishes where they bring back the memories on mother’s cooking during the month of Ramadhan.

The Ramadhan Buffet of course start with the variety of Appetizers and Kerbau where you can find the variety of appetizing delights to start up your day with the Pasembor Berlauk with Peanut Gravy, Nasi Kerbau, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Umai Ikan, Kerabu Soo Hoon Berudang, Kerabu Perut and Kerabu Ikan Bilis. Aside from the Kerabu, of course go for the Ulam Ulam Mentah and Rebus like the Petai, Jering, Kerdas, Kacang Botol, Daun Selom, Pucuk Ubi, Jantung Pisangand Terung Tali.

Accompany your meals with the great mains like the Ayam Percik Iftar which is the Chicken Roasted with Spices and the Huge Barbecue Whole Lamb accompanied with the choice of black pepper, mushroom and barbecue sauce. Chatz Brasserie’s Ramadhan Special of Ayam Percik Iftar is a dish that should not be missed as the juicyAyam Percik is roasted with spices and sauces that are prepared by the chefs. Marination is done a day earlier to allow the chicken sufficient time to absorb the ingredients. The often sought after Briyani is served with beef and chicken on alternate days, and served with fruit pickle, Dhalcha and Papadom.

Bringing you with a variety choicesof mains, you may choose from the Hungarian Chicken Paprika, Baked Oyster, Seafood Thermidor, Ayam Kapitan Nyonya, Kari Telur Ikan Sentul Udang Goreng Mamak, Rendang Paru dan Hati and more.

Served together is the Briyani Tanam where you can enjoy your mains together with the choice of Briyani Tanam Daging, Briyani Tanam Ayam which is being served together with the choice of Acar Buah, Dalcha and Papadom.

You can go along with the Local Grilled Fish where they have the set of the assorted Ikan Bakar which is served together with the variety of homemade Sauces like the asam, kicap pedas, thai chili and kalasan sauces.

This year, Parkroyal KL brings you more surprises with the 18 types of porridge daily on rotation too. Some of the Porridge which is available include the bubur lambuk sayuran, bubuk lambuk aging, bubur ayam, bubur telur masin, bubur ikan, lobster porridge, bubur singgang kupang, bubur nasi keledek, bubur pulut hitam, pengat nangka, bubur kacag hijau durian and many more.

Don’t leave without getting your desserts. The desserts includes the agar agar bersantan, sago gula Melaka, tapai pulut, ondeh ondeh, kuih seri muka, kuih bakar pandan, kuih kochi, kuih lopes, puteri mandi and many more.

‘Ramadhan Selera Kampung’ at Chatz Brasserie is available from 18 June to 16 July, from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. With unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks, the buffet is priced at RM128 nett per person from Sunday to Thursday, and RM138 nett per person on Friday and Saturday. Early birds enjoy 20% savings on buffets with advance payment made before 12 June.

Guests staying at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur and PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur are entitled to 20% savings on ‘Ramadhan Selera Kampung’. Special savings also apply for selected bank cardmembers.

On Hari Raya, celebrate with the family as you enjoy a potpourri of Malaysian and international flavours on 17 and 18 July. Festive dishes include Ketupat Palas with Sambal, Lemang with Serunding, Chicken and Beef Satay, Ikan Bakar Lebaran, Roti Jala with Chicken Curry and Serawa Durian, Roasted Sirloin and Ayam Rendang Sri Aidilfitri. Priced at RM78 nett per person and inclusive of unlimited flow of juices and
