KURTOS SPIROLL @ PAVILION KL

KURTOS SPIROLL

Kurtos Spiroll is another outlet which is famed for its Kurtos. One of Hungary’s oldest pastry, the recipe for chimney cake has prevailed for generations as Eastern Europe’s best kept secret. The word Kürtös refers to ‘chimney’, while ‘kalács’ means ‘cake’. In Kurtos Spiroll, the kürtös kalács or chimney cakes are made with fermented dough rolled by hand into an even strip and wrapped around a wooden cooking roll. The dough is then caramelized and baked in an oven upon order.
KURTOS SPIROLL

Every piece takes three hours to complete, from the kneading & rolling to the coiling & baking.
This round, I am in Kurtos again after my last visit back in Penang where their first outlet is opened in Queensbay Mall.
KURTOS SPIROLL
The kurtos are served with different coating and some of their signature ncludes the Cinnamon Sugar (RM 5.90) which was a good one if you are a Cinnamon lover. The fragrant blend of the Cinnamon was so good and the kurtos just melts in my mouth.

KURTOS SPIROLL
Next, we had the Nuttela Walnut (RM 8.90) where the kurtos is being coated with the nuttela and then added the crispy crushed walnuts on top of it. The blend of the taste is amazingly delicious where each mouthful of the delights brings us with the crispy sensation of the walnut and also the crunchy bites when you much on it.
KURTOS SPIROLL
As for the White Chocolate Macademia, it is indeed one of the best seller item in Kurtos. Chocolate flavours coated with Macademia, nice one! Sweet sensation which is just perfect to be enjoyed for those who are a chocolate lover.
KURTOS SPIROLL
Not to forget, their new item – Spirol Dog (RM 7.90) for those who prefer savory blend of delights. The spirol dog is served with half kurtos, wrapping the hotdog, some chicken floss and cheese with it. The creamy fragrant blend of cheese together with the is fragrantly done with the more savory sensation. Nice one !
