Four choices of multi-course menus offer a true splendor of Din Tai Fung’s signature offerings and are exclusively available from 19th January to 5th March 2015.

Three Treasure Yee Sang

Start off with the popular festive salad at Din Tai Fung, Three Treasure Yee Sang, featuring a unique twist – Crispy Shredded Yam. The stirring and tossing (Lo Hei) of the Yee Sang has become a custom during Chinese New Year. It’s believed that as the higher you toss the more joy and prosperity it will bring you in the coming year. With a total of more than 20 ingredients, the result is a delightful complement of flavors and textures.

Priced at RM43.80++ onwards, the Yee Sang comes with Abalone, Smoked Salmon, Jellyfish
or all three and is available for takeaway as well.Truffle or Abalone Chicken Soup Savor our heart-warming signature chicken soup with an indulgent addition. Steamed to perfection using only the finest and freshest ingredients, each individual-sized chicken soup includes a generous shaving of black truffles or the addition of a whole abalone.Dumplings

Historically one of the most important Chinese New Year dish, the dumpling resembles the gold
ingot. It was believed that the more dumplings one ate, the more fortune it would bring the person. In addition to the traditional meat fillings, Din Tai Fung also features a healthier choicewith fish.

Compliment your hearty meal with an enticing array of dessert such as the nourishing Boiled Papaya and Snow Fungus or the Sesame Dumpling in Red Bean Soup, a nostalgic favourite.

The Chinese New Year Set Menu consists of a variety of these dishes with prices starting from RM218++ for 4 persons to RM798++ for 10 persons, available for a limited time only. For those who prefer to celebrate at home, a tempting selection of delicacies can be arranged for takeaway.
