Three Treasure Yee Sang

Start off with the popular festive salad at Din Tai Fung, Three Treasure Yee Sang, featuring a unique twist – Crispy Shredded Yam. The stirring and tossing (Lo Hei) of the Yee Sang has become a custom during Chinese New Year. It’s believed that as the higher you toss the more joy and prosperity it will bring you in the coming year. Compliment your hearty meal with an enticing array of dessert such as the nourishing Boiled Papaya and Snow Fungus or the Sesame Dumpling in Red Bean Soup, a nostalgic favourite.
