Harbour Grand Café is now presenting “Asia Pacific Food Fair” featuring signature dishes from regional countries, such as China, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Come and sample Birds nest soup with assorted seafood, Malaysian style sautéed lobster claw in curry sauce and Vietnamese noodles soup with beef. The aroma of Malaysian curry and lobster claws loaded with flavour for sure will captivate your senses. Asia Pacific Food Fair Dinner Buffet is priced from HK$518 for adult and from HK$308 for child.

Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge



Applauded as “The Diamonds of the Kitchen”, black and white truffles from France and Italy will be featured in Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge, together with world-class steaks. With just a hint of truffles, the tempting aroma of the ingredient endows the entire dish with a unique and pleasant flavour. Succulent meat of different textures and marbling from Australia, Canada and U.S. are also ready to serve the taste buds of steak-aholics. Not sure which one to choose from? Kwan Cheuk Heen
Kwan Cheuk Heen is featuring Clay pot rice, Double-boiled soup and Snake soup from now to December. Highly-nutritious soups with Chinese herbs retain ingredients’ essence and flavour and are perfect winter warmer during the chilly season.

With hairy crab in season, chef is preparing irresistible recipes for guests to enjoy such as Stewed pork meat balls with crab roe in supreme. Another highlight is Braised winter melon with crab roe where Yunnan ham are sandwiched between slices of winter melons, striking a balance between the sweetness and saltiness of the dish, with taste enhanced by the added crab roe. According to Chinese legend, the dish has an implied meaning of achieving outstanding academic results, so it is a must-try for students!
Besides, sample signature dishes of Kwan Cheuk Heen by savouring the brand new Tasting Menu where Baked crab shell with black truffle paste, Braised Wagyu beef cheek with wild mushrooms, Fried crispy rice with sergestid shrimps, crab meat and black truffle paste are ready to excite your taste buds at HK$488* per person. 3 glasses of pairing are also available at HK$288* per person.

Nagomi’s 7-course set menu of Japanese Gindara is now on offer! Japanese Gindara from Hokkaido has a creamy and soft texture, the rich flavour of fish oil also leaves a pleasant aftertaste. Try the Japanese Gindara sashimi for its original flavor and the perfect combination of grilled Japanese Gindara and Kinome. Be ready to get surprised! The Japanese Gindara Set is priced at HK$988 per person. Besides, don’t miss the Wagyu beef Sukiyaki (HK$638* per set) and Mangalica Pig Shabu
