crab generation

Located in Taman Len Sen, Crab Generation brings you with their signature crab-licious meal where you will be definite to pampered your tummy till the fullest. The restaurant , which is the sister restaurant of “Fei Fei Crab” which is famed for its crab in Kepong can be find here at Crab Generation. Opening at 5 pm; the restaurant is occupying the night shift of the coffee shop itself. In here, be definite to enjoy till fullest with their craving of the stretch of myriad and juici-licious temptations.

We started our meal with the Buttered Japanese Snail (RM 16.00) where the Japanese Snail is complete with the creaminess and juiciness in it. The Japanese Snail is simply well done with the flavorful temptations and what’s more is the tangy snail textures complete with the creaminess. Awesomely done !

As for the Mexican Chicken Fillet (RM 18); the breadcrumbs chicken fillet is well completed with the juiciness at the inside but the skin remains the crispiness. The Mexican Chicken fillet s awesomely done with the topped with the aromatic curry leaves. With the added curry leave on top, it makes the dish even much more flavourful with the hint of herby fragrance taste in it. Nice one!

The Great Wall Ribs coated with the sticky honey; well caramelized temptations with the pork-licious succulent meat in it. The Great Wall Ribs is awesomely good with the sticky caramelized blend and the moist meat texture. I am loving it so much!

As for the Salt Wrap Fish (RM 4/100g) or another name would be Suet San Fei Wu(雪山飛狐) in Chinese. Fresh from the tank, the fish is being covered with the white salt with it. The fresh fish is being seasoned with the salt and in the fish belly, it is being stuffed with the mix of mix ginger and garlic. It is then being oven, before being served. The preparation would need an hour as so, do booked earlier to avoid disappointment.

We ended with their signature which is the Crab Generation (RM 118.00) ; the crab is being steamed with the raw bihun. With the continuous steaming, the soup is filled with sweetness of the from the crab. As for the crab ; it brings up the sweet taste as it is fresh. Nicely done. For the bihun, the gravy which is infused in the bihun is absolutely divine and each mouthful of the bihun comes sweet and nice. Super recommended!
