OLD HONG KONG DELICACIES AT REGAL COURT

July 1, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Regal Court at Regal Kowloon Hotel is bringing back the taste of old Hong Kong and presenting an array of old Hong Kong delights to refresh your memories of yesteryear.

Our Executive Chinese Chef Tsang Chung Hong highly recommends you to start with the Braised Fish Soup with Barbecued Pork and Conpoy which uses fresh fish head, barbecued pork, bamboo shoot, mushroom and egg to present you a tasty selection before the main course. Shrimp Toast Dumplings is a classic choice of old Hong Kong delights. Both crispy toast and fresh shrimp can bring you double enjoyments in taste. Salt-baked Chicken in Old Style is a traditional dish with complicated cooking method. Chef Tsang fries the sea salt until all water is evaporated and then puts the chicken inside the salt to trap the chicken essence. Sautéed Conpoy with Egg White is truly a mouth-watering dish to whet your appetite while the Fried Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leave is full of refreshing smell of lotus, giving an exceptional feeling in every bite.

Old Hong Kong Delicacies are available till August 31, 2014. Don’t miss the chance to relive the early days of the territory where we grew up!
