CHEF’S A-LIST MALAYSIAN FEAST AT NOOK, ALOFT KL

Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral ushers in Ramadan with the A-list Malaysian feast – a feast with sumptuous and delectable spread to be savoured with our loved ones, family and friends. Sample traditional local Malay delicacies, succulent barbecue, seafood delights and juicy roasted whole lamb.

The A-list Malaysian Feast is created by Chef Steven Seow and his team, offering Chef’s star dishes such as Stuffed Whole Lamb Kuzi served with Nasi Briyani, Vegetable Dhall, Cucumber and Pineapple Acar, Papadom, and Mint-Tomato Yoghurt, Nasi Lemak, Satay, Rendang Ayam, Roasted Whole Chicken with Green Peppercorn Sauce, served with Local Market Buttered Vegetables.

 The buffet line-up offers an extensive selection of Malay dishes and regional specialities, along with appetisers, salad, condiments, breads, soups, main dishes, action counters and desserts.

Book Early! A-list Malaysian Feast buffet is priced at RM100nett per person and early bird is available from now until 27 June at RM80nett per voucher!

Chef’s A-List Malaysian Feast is available from 30 June till 26 July 2014.
