Incorporating the luxurious bird’s nest and black truffle, our Executive Chef prepares a series of sumptuous delights for your enjoyment. Signature dishes include Bird’s Nest and Alaska Crab Stick Sushi Roll, Bird’s Nest and Seafood Terrine, Black Truffle Scallop Sushi, Goose Liver Mousse with Black Truffle, Baked Salmon Black Truffle Puff Pastry, Bird’s Nest Egg Tart and Chilled Coconut & Sago Bird’s Nest Sweet Soup. Furthermore, an array of extravagant delicacies and fresh seafood such as Goose Liver, Lobster, Chilled Seafood Platter, Jumbo Scallop, Urchin Sushi and Assorted Sashimi, etc. plus more than 30 kinds of tempting desserts and freshly made popcorn are served along the buffet table to pamper your mom on Mother’s Day.
