I. Easter Activities
“Build a Wonderful Hong Kong” Bricks Building Competition and Exhibition
Firstly co-organized with Hong Kong Lego User Group, the hotel is organizing a “Build a Wonderful Hong Kong” Bricks Building Competition. The participant is required to build the model with bricks which showcases Hong Kong specialty such as famous scene, food, sports, etc. Ten entries will be selected to enter the final and displayed at the hotel’s lobby. The results will be decided by panel of judges as well as facebook public voting.

Bricks Building Workshop
Children who patronize hotel’s restaurants during Easter period are entitled to join the Bricks Building Workshop at HK$50 per person per session. An experienced LEGO model building expert will teach the children how to build their own creations. The topics for selection include Easter Bunny, Easter Chicken, Easter Egg Kart and Easter Egg Plane. Each session lasts for half hour. Limited seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Workshop Dates: April 18, 3-5pm and April 19 – 20, 12nn-2pm
The hotel also arranges Easter Egg Hunt and balloon twisting activities for patrons’ free enjoyment at particular period of time.

Café Allegro – Bricks Theme Delicacies
Cafe Allegro proudly presents “Bird’s Nest X Black Truffle” Easter International Dinner Buffet during the festive dates, serving an extensive range of cuisine made from exquisite bird’s nest and black truffle. Special recommendations include Bird’s Nest and Alaska Crab Stick Sushi Roll, Bird’s Nest and Seafood Terrine, Black Truffle Scallop Sushi, Goose Liver Mousse with Black Truffle, Baked Salmon Black Truffle Puff Pastry, Bird’s Nest Egg Tart, Chilled Coconut & Sago Bird’s Nest Sweet Soup, etc.
“Diverse Chocolate Treats” Afternoon Tea Buffet is available at tea time for those chocolate lovers. Different types of chocolates are incorporated to craft the mouth-watering dishes.
In addition, brick-liked delights including sushi, sandwiches and desserts are served along the buffet table in various buffet sessions. You will be amazed by the colorful and cutie presentation that stimulates you both visual and taste. On the other hand, our American Italian restaurant Mezzo will provide special food for kids including Fish and Chips, Chicken Strip, Jumbo Hot Dog, etc. The lovely presentation will definitely bring extra joy to the children while Chinese restaurant Regal Court will prepare 4 types of cartoon dim sum including Funny Rabbit (Glutinous Rice Dumpling Stuffed with Egg Custard), Cutie Chicken (Puff Stuffed with Red Lotus Seed), Healthy Carrot (Puff Stuffed with White Lotus Seed) and Smart Goldfish (Fresh Shrimp Dumpling) for your enjoyment. Cartoon dim sum is available at lunch period from April 18 – 21, 2014 while supplies last.
