We started with the large platter set where it comes with the 2 Bountiful Beef Ribs, Lamb Ribs- Roma Racks, 2 Filet Medalions, 1/4 BBQ chicken. The Bountiful Beef Ribs brings us with the with soft and yet tender meat which gives a great match with the sauce. It is sinfully good which each bite of the meat is succulent and juicy as it is. Lamb Ribs- Roma Racks is good too. The good portion of lamb ribs which was launched not long this year is superbly good and delicious. The lamb ribs is being flame-grilled in signature seasonings, finished with savory reduction of honey and plum and added with fresh juice and hand-cut ginger is just good as it is. The mouthful of the lamb ribs brings us with the moist and juicy feeling of the lamb ribs. If you love to have more meaty delights, the Filet Medalions is perfectly done with the right temperature leaving us with the juicy and succulent meat. In the set, we ended with the quarter bbq chicken where the meat is also juicy.
We also had the Shrimp Scampi together with the 3 sides of our choice. Juicy fresh scampi which is a definite thumbs up had never disappoint us too everytime we had it. The shrimp scampi brings us with the tempting delights and the overall delights is tempting as it is. It is just fabulous which I can’t resist to have more.
More enjoyable, Tony Roma comes up with the refreshing drinks to accompanied our meal too. There are 4 types of Mocktails which are being served in their Christmas Menu which are Zesty Apple,Sweet Cheery,Miami Breeze and Cranberry Fizz. Each of it gives a different refreshing flavors to try off.
An enjoyable Miami Breeze in the mixture of pineapple juicy, ginger ale, grenadine, cherry, and lime soda is perfect for Christmas.
